Include fish in your diet
Fish is rich in omega-3 fatty acids and cuts the risk of age-related macular degeneration significantly. Sockeye salmon, herring, albacore tuna, sardine and mackerel can prove to be excellent sources of omega-3 fatty acids. You must consume fish twice a week or at least fish oil supplements to keep your eyes healthy.
